Terms of Service

Purchase and Delivery – DOMESTIC

• All requests are subject to a return verification process of seven (7) working days.
• Pink Muhly Ltd. Co reserves the right to limit or decline returns for refund or exchange regardless of whether the customer has a receipt.
• Pink Muhly Ltd. Co reserves the right to change their return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice.
• Pink Muhly Ltd. Co reserves the right not to refund and/or exchange the damaged goods (broken, dented, scratched, washed, burned, and other signs of damage).
• Pink Muhly Ltd. Co. insures each purchase while it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s delivery address. The company requires a signature/photos/video for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for the purchased items passes to the customer.
• Pink Muhly Ltd. Co does not consider damaged items caused by a third party, such as the courier and other delivery methods, faulty.
• Pink Muhly Ltd. Co is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination or courier.

Purchase and Delivery – INTERNATIONAL

• All sales are final for orders outside of the Philippines.
• Pink Muhly Ltd. Co is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance processes of the destination.

Payment Policy

• Payment can be made by selected credit cards, bank transfer, digital banking services, and any other methods advertised on the website.
• Payment will be debited and cleared from the customer’s account upon dispatch of their order.
• All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal, Moneybookers, and/or Smart Money.
• All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses to authorize payment to Pink Muhly Ltd. Co, the company will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
